ESHA, the European School Heads Association, is a professional organisation for European School Heads. Members of ESHA are national organisations for school heads and deputy school heads within (pre-)primary, secondary and vocational education. Nearly all European countries (both EU and non-EU) are represented within ESHA by one or more organisations.

ESHA maintains an international network for European school leaders through 38 member organizations in 26 European countries representing 120,000 school leaders.

It is active in sharing and participating in European education research projects to support school leaders on topics such as digitization, diversity & inclusion, arts education, science education and parent engagement and making policy recommendations to support the needs of school leaders.
